UnderWarmer Outdoors Field Staff,
First and foremost, thank you for all you do for the UnderWarmer brand. We are fortunate to have a group of true outdoor enthusiasts who make up our Field Staff program. For 2021, we are trying to bring a little more organization to our Field Staff so that we can make sure you have everything you need to do your part. Below, you will find our updated Field Staff guidelines outlining what it means to be a part of our Field Staff program, as well as social media posting criteria, Field Staff expectations and ways we will be managing our Field Staff moving forward.
WHAT IT MEANS TO BE A UNDERWARMER FIELD STAFFER
The UnderWarmer Outdoors Field Staff team is comprised of hunting, fishing and outdoor enthusiasts from different areas of the country. As an ambassador to our brand, you are expected to field test (wear) UnderWarmer products whenever they are applicable to your activity. Remember that you are the face of our brand and should conduct yourself in a professional and respectful manner at all times. We take pride in our Field Staff and like to see our Field Staff take pride in our brand, as well.
EXPECTATIONS
As promoters of the UnderWarmer brand, there are certain things that are required of you in order to maintain your Field Staff status.
1. Social media activity on at least one of the following sites: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or YouTube.
2. A minimum of 5 UnderWarmer-specific social media posts per year (Sharing one of the UnderWarmer posts does not count toward your 5-post minimum.)
SOCIAL MEDIA GUIDELINES
Social media is one of the most powerful promotional tools out there. When posting about UnderWarmer please use one of the following keywords #UnderWarmer or @underwarmer in your posts.**If you do not use one of these keywords in your post, you will NOT get credit for that post.**
FIELD STAFF INCENTIVES
Field Staff members will be rewarded in the form of product as well as commissions based on sales driven to www.underwarmer.com thru the UnderWarmer affiliate program (https://underwarmer.com/affiliate-area/) or Amazon via the Amazon affiliate program (https://affiliate-program.amazon.com/). We’ll let you know more as the incentive program expands.
